Agreement Between Fund Me Wizly and Participating Merchants


I. Introduction

 This Agreement outlines the terms under which merchants ("Merchants") may join and operate within the Fund Me Cash platform ("Platform"), in partnership with Fund Me Wizly ("Company"), to sell their products to customers who are funded by the Company. 


II. Merchant Onboarding

 1. Merchants agree to sign up on the Platform, providing necessary business details and agreeing to the terms of service. 2. Merchants will list their products on the Platform, ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing. 


III. Customer Funding

 1. Customers seeking to purchase products from Merchants will apply for funding through the Company. 2. The Company will assess and approve funding applications at its discretion. 


IV. Transaction Process

 1. Upon approval of customer funding, the Merchant will be notified, and funds will be disbursed to the Merchant's designated account. 2. The Merchant agrees to fulfil the order and ship the product to the customer in a timely manner, as per the Platform's shipping policies. 


V. Loan Repayment

 1. Customers will enter into a loan agreement with the Company to repay the funded amount according to agreed-upon terms. 2. The Company is solely responsible for loan collection and customer repayments. 


VI. Benefits to Merchants

 1. Merchants will have access to a broader customer base through the Platform. 2. Merchants receive payment upfront, mitigating financial risk associated with product sales. 3. Merchants may benefit from enhanced exposure via marketing initiatives conducted by the Company. 4. Merchants will have the opportunity to foster community relations by engaging with customers who support small businesses. 


VII. General Terms

 1. The Merchant agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to this Agreement. 2. The Company reserves the right to modify terms or terminate this Agreement with notice to the Merchant. 3. Both parties agree to act in good faith for the promotion of products and satisfaction of customers funded through the Company. 


VIII. Acceptance

By joining the Platform, Merchants agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement and any future amendments made by Fund Me Wizly.
